Disability Reclaimed
Because You Were Meant for More Than Survival
You've gotten very good at getting through the day. This is where you figure out what you actually want.
“I gained confidence by recognizing my own capability and competency when handling past challenges, which I’d minimized or written off as luck. I’ve also begun to notice and interrupt the negative self-talk I had been applying based on assumptions about how others perceived me.”

This Work Is Personal
Hi, I’m Delphine (she/her).
I’m a disabled coach, advocate, educator, and storyteller. As a full-time wheelchair user, I've spent a lot of my life being treated as a problem some system needs to manage. My work grew out of that, and out of finally deciding the problem was never me.
Disability justice shapes everything I do. It informs how I understand access, care, and interdependence as lived realities.
And yes, pleasure is a big part of this work. Disabled people are rarely allowed to want things, let alone enjoy them. Reclaiming pleasure is about agency and about feeling alive in a body other people have spent years trying to control. Through coaching, I help people unlearn the ableist beliefs they’ve been carrying and figure out what they desire out of life so they can claim it.
